For all Koikatsu users that have downloaded Projekt IMP Koikatsu card, must be realize that all card "Genital parts" are missing, hidden, or not show up in game. Don't worry, here are some simple fix for you.

Projekt IMP world is intentionally use "[Female] Default body F" for all Koikatsu card. This is to prevent texture issue with uncensor selector with older Koikatsu version.

How to show the "Genital parts" in Projekt IMP Koikatsu cards?

Open your Koikatsu game.
Go to "Chara Maker" > Female
Load your card with "missing, hidden, or not show up" genital parts
After load the card, click "Body" tab
Notice the "Uncensor selector" on the bottom, see the "Body" type is "[Female] Default body F"
Simply change ithe body type to "Default"
Save your card.
