Terms and Condition,

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between Projekt IMP World ("we," "our," or "us") and you (“you” or “customer” or “Patreon members” or “Visitor” or “Guest” or “Anyone”). This Agreement governs your use of or access to Projekt IMP World website, store, membership, customer support, social media, community channels and/or any other online community available by Projekt IMP World and by any of our authorized third party services, whether as a guest or a customers.

In particular, we draw your attention to some important terms in this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement:

· You agree to Projekt IMP World terms and policies that are expressly incorporated into this Agreement.

· You agree that you visit, making a purchase, download the content at Projekt IMP World at your own risk, and that Projekt IMP World liability to you is limited.

· You agree to resolve disputes between you and Projekt IMP World in individual Arbitration, and not in court, as set forth in Sections 3.b down below. We have put this up front, bold, and in all caps due to its importance:

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTIONS 3.B BELOW. YOU AND PROJEKT IMP WORLD AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO GO TO COURT INDIVIDUALLY OR AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION. YOU AND PROJEKT IMP WORLD FURTHER WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS-ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

· You agree that to enter into this Agreement, you are an adult of legal age of majority in your country of residence, and you are legally and financially responsible for all actions using or accessing the Projekt IMP World Services. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU AFFIRM THAT YOU HAVE REACHED THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE TERMS GOVERNING DISPUTE RESOLUTION CONTAINED IN SECTIONS DOWN BELOW.

NOTE FOR PARENTS AND GUARDIANS: YOU SHOULD NEVER ALLOW CHILDREN IN YOUR CARE TO USE ANY OF THE PROJEKT IMP WORLD SERVICES. OUR SERVICES ARE MEANT FOR ADULT AUDIENCE ONLY.

" Projekt IMP World services" refer to any content of Illusion Honey Select 2/Ai Shoujo, Honey Come or Koikatsu game card, artworks and fanart that Projekt IMP World has published or in the future will be published, or any of its subjects related to Projekt IMP World content that are available at Projekt IMP World card store at Gumroad & Payhip, and any social media was made available to you by Projekt IMP World under this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this terms and condition, do not look or search any further of the Projekt IMP World services nor purchasing any of the available content at any Projekt IMP World related store or social media. The license granted to you under this agreement automatically terminates and you should immediately stop accessing any of the Projekt IMP World services.

By making a purchase or joining a Patreon membership for a Projekt IMP World services, downloading the content of Projekt IMP World, playing the game using Projekt IMP World content, making an artwork or fanart using Projekt IMP World content, browsing and accessing our various online social media, or otherwise accessing any services provided by Projekt IMP World, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Agreement.

Projekt IMP World reserves the right to amend, modify or revise this Agreement at any time and you agree to check periodically for new terms. Please note that your continued use of the Projekt IMP World Services shall constitute your acceptance to be bound by the newly updated Agreement.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, USE OR ACCESS TO THE PROJEKT IMP WORLD SERVICES IN ANY WAY.

1. Purchasing Projekt IMP World services

a. You may be required to fill your information before purchasing any of Projekt IMP World services as a Customers and accept the Projekt IMP World Terms of Service. If you do not accept those terms, you will not be able to purchase any of Projekt IMP World services.

b. You represent that you are an authorized user of any payment method specified by you, and you authorize Gumroad and Payhip to charge such payment method(s) for the full amount of the transaction.

c. Projekt IMP World card store use both Credit Card and Paypal for transaction, and you will be needed to fill any information of your Credit Card or Paypal account in order to make a purchase in both of our store.

d. By purchasing any of Projekt IMP World services, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the terms of this Agreement and rules provided by Projekt IMP World.

e. To enter into this Agreement, you must be an adult of the legal age of majority in your country of residence. By accepting this Agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that you are of the legal age of majority in your country of residence and that you are legally and financially responsible for all actions using or accessing the Projekt IMP World Services, whether or not authorized by you.

f. If you are under the legal age of majority in your country of residence, you must not to enter into this Agreement. Subject to any applicable laws, regulations or rules regarding minors, a parent or legal guardian MUST not allow their children to enter, visit, or making any purchase at any Projekt IMP world store, websites, or any social media. If by any chances your children in your care somehow enter, visit, or making purchases at any of Projekt IMP world store, websites, or social media, it is not Projekt IMP world responsibility.

g. Invoice will be provided by Gumroad and Payhip once you’ve bought any of Projekt IMP World services. At the Invoice tab, there will be a record of your purchase and we use that email that you’ve provided to make a contact with our support services.

h. Projekt IMP World services both card and artworks are in form of .Zip file that can be downloaded by Customers at Gumroad & Payhip download page.

i. Any form of payment provided and processed at Projekt IMP World card store are all under Gumroad & Payhip Policy, Terms and Condition. Please have a visit and read Gumroad & Payhip Terms of services and Privacy Policy for further explanation.

j. Projekt IMP World, will never sell any mods in any form. All mods that are used in any Projekt IMP World works are “free” to download at Better Repack website or updating using KK manager. Projekt IMP World will never make a character with any paid mod in any way. Projekt IMP World will never claims any type of mods in any circumstances, all mods shall and always own by the original mod creator which is always be mentioned in any character that use the mods.

k. Projekt IMP World ONLY sell a character model from Honey Select 2, Honey Come or Koikatsu game. Mods that are provided is all free to download as we mentioned at point 1.j and it supposed to make it easy for anyone who want to download the complete set without having a trouble to look up the mods and equip by them self.

l. Original mods creator name will always be mentioned at every character description box that are using mods. We also will encourage people to support the works of original modders.

m. Any mods creator are welcome to contact us and ask for mod removal of their mods at any time if needed. Mods inside .zip file (.zipmod) will immediately be deleted, character model card shall remains at Projekt IMP World character card store, but now that particular character card will only contains game card without your mods inside the Zip file. n. Original character owner, author, creator or developer are very welcome to contact us and ask for removal of their character at any time. Character card will be immediately be deleted from Projekt IMP World character card store and any social media that contain your character. Please also read Point 3 for disputes & relief. o. Our works are fictional and meant to be used as gameplay and artwork studio only. Gameplay here means you can use our products when you play your game, while artwork studio means, you can use our products to make an artwork or fanart using Studio Neo program. You’re required to understand the difference between real and fictional. We do not promote nor encourage, and strictly oppose to any illegal activity using any of our content. Please remember that all of our products are fictional.

p. You must be an adult (according to your country law) to be able to view or making purchase to our products, if you are considered as underage, please leave from our store immediately. We DO NOT condone or encourage you to visit our site which is only meant for adult user only. Again, if you are considered as underage, please leave from our store immediately

2. User content

a. Projekt IMP World reserves the right to modify, manage, control or eliminate Items at Projekt IMP World card store in its sole discretion. You acknowledge and agree that Projekt IMP World may engage in actions that may impact the perceived value or purchase price, if applicable, at any time.

b. Projekt IMP World will provide a support and assistance if needed, for any customers who have bought any of Projekt IMP World services or a membership, if you have any issue or trouble regarding the game, please contact our email support at projektimpworld@gmail.com

c. For any payment issue, Customers can contact a Gumroad & Payhip support if by any chance there are an issue regarding the payment (CC or Paypal). Projekt IMP World do not have access to such, since Projekt IMP World are only a merchant that are under the rules of Gumroad & Payhip services.

d. If by any chance a Customers mistakenly purchasing twice of the same products, please contact our support email, Projekt IMP World will be fully refunded one of the purchased items. Customers also can ask for a refund at Gumroad & Payhip services under their terms and conditions.

e. Customers are not allowed to ask for a refund if they have already purchased and downloaded any of Projekt IMP World services. This point is excluding the referred at point 2.d.

3. Disputes

a. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Projekt IMP World and/or its affiliates, employees, officers, managers, directors, agents, harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, injuries, damages, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to attorney fees and other expenses) arising from or in connection with:

- your access or use of the Projekt IMP World Services;

- your breach or alleged breach of any terms, conditions, obligations, representations or warranties contained under this Agreement;

- any materials, User Contributions, Content or other information provided by you or on your behalf;

- your violation of any applicable laws or third-parties' rights and interests; and/or

- your other inappropriate behavior.

b. Binding Individual Arbitration. You agree and acknowledge that any claims or legal actions between you and Projekt IMP World shall referred to the Individual Arbitration and shall not proceed to any court in any Jurisdiction.

c. Informal Resolution. You agree that in the event of any dispute, Projekt IMP World and you will only have one option which is to resolve any such dispute informally, peacefully, without any action that cause harm to physically, mentally, or financially for Projekt IMP World. Any expenses, cost or loss from any type of disputes shall be covered by the Complainant and not Projekt IMP World.

d. Class Action Waiver. You agree that each party may only bring claims against the other solely in their individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding in any jurisdiction.

e. Relief. You agree that any types of claims and ownership, shall be resulted as referred at point “1.m & 1.n“ and will not takes any further action against Projekt IMP World in any form and types of disputes or court in any jurisdiction.

4. Subject rules

a. The application of this section is subject to the prevailing laws, regulations and all other policy(s) relating to the protection of minors in your country(s)/region(s) of residency, where applicable.

b. You are acknowledge and bound to the rules of refer point 1.a above. You must be at least of the minimum age for consenting to personal data collection under the law in your jurisdiction and that you are an adult in your country of residence (or at other age in your jurisdiction where you are classified as above the legal age of majority) when using the Projekt IMP World Services.

5. Injunctive Relief

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that Projekt IMP World may have, you acknowledge and agree that in the event of any threatened or actual breach of this Agreement, Projekt IMP World shall, without proof of special damages, be entitled to an injunction or other equitable remedy in addition to any damages or remedies to which Projekt IMP World may be entitled.

6. Modification

Projekt IMP World reserves the right to amend, modify or revise this Agreement at any time in any way without prior notice and you agree to check periodically for new information and terms that govern your use of the Projekt IMP Services and you agree to be bound by all amendments, modifications and revisions. Your continued access to Projekt IMP World Services will constitute your acceptance to the newly-updated Agreement and any agreements or policies therein.

If at any point you do not agree to any portion of then-current version of agreements or policies pertaining to your use of the Projekt IMP World Services, your License under this Agreement shall immediately terminate and you may immediately stop accessing to the Projekt IMP World Services.

7. Termination

Without limiting any other rights of Projekt IMP World, this Agreement will terminate automatically without prior notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement or any agreements or policies referred herein. You may also terminate this Agreement by not accessing any Projekt IMP World services from all devices on which you've bought or downloaded and immediately stop your use of the Projekt IMP World Services. Upon any termination, you shall no longer exercise any of the rights granted to you and you must destroy all copies of the Projekt IMP World services in your possession.

Despite the termination/expiration of this Agreement, your obligations accumulated prior to the termination/expiration shall still be fulfilled by you. Also, all the rights and interests of Projekt IMP World and the authorization (if any) granted to Projekt IMP World shall still remain in effect and survive the termination of this Agreement.

8. Generals

a. This Agreement contains the entire contract of the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements (if any) between you and Projekt IMP World.

b. References to "include," "includes," and "including" shall be construed so as to mean include without limitation, includes without limitation and including without limitation, respectively.

c. Affiliate in this Agreement shall mean an entity that directly or indirectly controls, or is controlled by or is under common control with Projekt IMP World

d. Projekt IMP World may translate this Agreement into other languages. If there is any difference between the English version and other language versions, then the English version, subject to applicable laws and regulations, shall prevail.

e. You represent that you are entering into this Agreement on a completely voluntary basis and you expect no compensation other than what is expressly granted under this Agreement.
